Highly reccommend! we used Floor to Ceiling for a shower / Bathroom remodel. We worked with Garret for the planning and scheduling and he was exxcellent to work with. Bill and his whole crew did an amazing job with the redmodel. Will definitly be using them for any future projects. Photo attached has 3 before and after pictures. After the redmodel, me and my wife had the best showers of our life.

I did not go with them, but Katie was excellent to talk to and gave me great info. If you are on a budget, make sure you tell them. If you want to see some items that are less expensive, tell them that also.

Chris and everyone at Floor to Ceiling were fantastic to work with throughout the project. The new countertops and backsplash are stunning, well planned out, and done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to work with Chris and all of the folks at Floor to Ceiling on any future projects as everything was done in a first class manner.

I have used Floor To Ceiling several times. I have had three different large locations of flooring done, two bathrooms, and one kitchen. I enjoy working with Katie on the design and trust her opinions. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling job! I am always happy and impressed with the finished product!

We had a flood which required extensive repair and replacement of all our flooring. Denise was a godsend throughout the entire process! She appraised the situation quickly and expertly, provided numerous documents to my insurance, and coordinated the entire 2 month project with honesty, patience, and expertise. She went above and beyond at every turn, providing wise recommendations, quick responses, and excellent customer support. Denise is amazing and I can't recommend her highly enough!

I had a pipe burst in the middle of winter with a baby due in 3 months. Denise and her team scheduled me in at warp speed to have my kitchen repaired by the time the baby was due. Everyone she used for the job was professional and courteous. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you for all of your help and kindness in making your clients a priority. We couldn't be happier with the result and have settled back into a normal life.

We used Floor to Ceiling after we had a flood in the kitchen. Denise went out of her way to work with our Insurance. We wanted to upgrade since we had to replace things anyway and she helped us choose items in our budget that met our needs.

Denise is the best. Her willingness to help the customer, deal with insurance, handle all the little things that pop up along the way to save you as much dough as she can showed she's not only exceptional at her job, but also an AWESOME person! I consider her a friend now and will think of her anytime I need more work done.

We had a great experience working with Denise Waters. She had great suggestions & kept everyone on schedule.. The customer service was outstanding. We remodeled our kitchen, had a custom shelving unit installed and new hardwood floors. Everything turned out perfect. All of the contractors were so professional & really went above and beyond. We will definitely use Floor to Ceiling again.

Our basement flooded and we had a good amount of damage. Floor to Ceiling was awesome to work with and we love how our basement turned out! Denise walked us thru the entire process and was with us every step of the way. We will definitely call Floor to Ceiling again when we need more work done on our house.

Floor to ceiling was our go to when we had a house flood that encompassed 3 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and out basement living area. Denise was with us the entire way from start to finish helping us through the entire process. I cannot say enough about our appreciation to the help and support she provided. My husband and I would highly recommend not only this company but Denise as well. We are forever thankful to have had them both!

The name Floor To Ceiling is also a perfect metaphor for what this company has done for our family. They rebuilt our kitchen and baths following a fire in 1997 and for the last three years they have rebuilt our kitchen, baths, wood flooring and so much more. They have made our family home an exquisite retirement home. And we have more projects to go. Mindy, our kitchen and bath designer, has worked with us remotely every step of the way. In the process, she has become a dear friend as well. In making these huge design decisions, we have been so blessed to have Mindy leading our team. Her project management, the general staff of Floor to Ceiling and their EXCEPTIONAL subs take pride in what they do. We could not have had a designer with more leadership, knowledge, compassion and creativity than our Mindy. Whatever the project, she has us covered from Floor to Ceiling. No matter the size of the project, Mindy has treated it and us with utmost respect. Working remotely, Mindy exceeded our expectations. Her communication was immediate when we had questions and results quickly followed. I wish everyone had a Mindy in their corner, when making such huge decisions and investments. As we plan our next home improvement, I am so glad that we do!

We had our original kitchen countertops, sink, and faucet removed and replaced. Katie worked with us from beginning to end, and was always pleasant and informative. We highly recommend this company.
