1. Personalized Consultation with a Floor to Ceiling Design Consultant: These one-on-one meetings initially occur in the store. During this phase, the Design Consultant works closely with you to establish a project scope, discuss finish materials and work on a design layout within your budget.

2. Field Measurement: The designer and project manager visit the home and measurements are taken to ensure the layout will fit properly in your space. Depending on the scope of the project, additional tradesmen will also visit to determine additional labor needs.

3. Project Presentation: The Design Consultant will present the project. During this phase, the layout and material selections are finalized, and costs are presented.

4. Installation: Once the project is approved and material is ordered, you will receive a scheduled timeline of your project and receive updates on project progress through completion.
